Peugeot is an automobile manufacturer with a long history of making cars in Europe. This French automaker was founded in 1896 by Armand Peugeot as Société des Automobiles Peugeot.

Peugoet’s roots started in 1810 when the family started the company as a coffee mill company. Two decades later, they started to manufacture bicycle and as a car manufacturer in 1882.
