Michael Jordan bought a 2007 Mercedes McLaren SLR 722. Imagine the car can go up to 334 km/h (208 mph) and Michael Jordan only drove it for 962 miles. I guess he must be only drove the car out for a spin few times a year since he bought it.
SLR stands for “Sport, Leicht, Rennsport”, means Sport, Light, Racing. It is a limited edition car where only 500 SLR will be built every year. It is also the ninth most expensive car in the year 2008.
Now Michael Jordan has gave everyone in the United States a chance to own this piece of beauty at $430,000. A new one will cost around $475,000 but most important is, this is a Mercedes-Benz McLaren SLR that “Michael Jordan owns it before”.
Hey Jordan, why not open the sales to anyone in the world outside of America? I bet there will be a lot of collectors.
